For this role we are looking for someone with at least 3 yrs commercial experience who has a very logical mind, is clever, detailed, process driven, organized, a problem solver & feels confident training clients face to face.

Support Consultant

For this role we are looking for someone with at least 2 yrs commercial experience in 1st and 2nd level support for windows / web based applications, has a friendly and polite telephone manner and good customer service skills.
