We have been using RosterLive across all of our venues for over a year and have found it well supported and easy to use. The functionality is ideal for us, for automaticity rostering staff based on their skills and availability. A big time saver for us has been the ability to advise them of their shifts via SMS and for them to confirm via return message which updates the roster screen automatically. We have installed their biometric timeclocks across all the sites which allows us to manage staff attendance and export a file to payroll.  All up the process used to take four days now takes 8 hours !
