The timesheet screen displays the expected timesheet plus the rounded attendance times captured from the hardware terminals and locations (site / department). Checks can easily be made as the screens are colour coded to show the attendances that are within the company's tolerance. Actual attendance times can be viewed by holding your mouse over the rounded times.

Real-Time Exception Reporting
As the employee 'logs-on' to the site by swiping their smartcard past a card reader or scanning their finger, RosterLive is updated in real time via our web based hardware. Actual attendance is compared to roster. Should an exception occur, such as an employee being absent, RosterLive™ can be set to raise an alert or provide real-time reporting.
Standard Reports include attendance, absentee, exception, roster and costing. However, customisable reports via a built in report writer can also be uploaded to RosterLive allowing you to tailor the solution to meet your own requirements. Reports can be exported to MS Excel and as a PDF. |
